About

I am Angela Oulsnam - an Abstract Artist creating pieces for both private individual clients and companies in the UK and overseas.

I see art as a language that transcends words, allowing us to convey emotions, thoughts and experiences in ways that the spoken language often cannot.

I draw inspiration from the world around me - the intricate patterns found in nature, the joy found in discovering new music or a new poem, the rhythms of daily life and the complexities of human relationships. All of these influences shape my studio practice and are transformed into abstract representations that aim to evoke emotions and spark connections.

I truly believe that a piece of art has a unique power to lift the human spirit, delivering beauty, meaning and passion to those who live and work in its midst.

I am currently working from my studio gallery in the heart of rural Derbyshire, UK.

My artwork has been shipped internationally as far away as Australia, reaching there safe and in one piece.
